A basic principle of ZEN garden is to consider our environment.

Soy Sauce Bottle... We sanitize the bottles with alcohol after each use and reuse.

Chopsticks... We use bamboo (which is a fast-growing plant, not a tree) chopsticks
intead of wooden chopsticks. You can keep those chopsticks to reuse
at home again and again.

Water... The water we use to rinse our rice goes to our Edamame planter garden.
Those healthy Edamame will be on our upcoming menu.....inshallah.
